Some people are advised to stay away from popcorn hulls for dietary reasons or for having braces. The varieties below may be tolerated but there is no guarantee. There is always some fiber matter from the endosperm of the kernel. We suggest you try a little at a time to see how you tolerate it. Limit your intake until you are sure it causes no problems.
MIXED BABY RICE
Our baby rice is an
heirloom variety which is HULL-LESS. The kernels are pointy shaped
something like rice and are white, red, and striped red in
color. When popped, it has less volume than other varieties, the
kernel is white and the flavor is light and delicate, the texture is unique.
JAPANESE HULL-LESS
This is
an open pollinated white popcorn, smaller than yellow, it pops up
fairly large and tender and has a mild popcorn flavor.
STRAWBERRY
Small and tender, relatively hull-less. We grow strawberry only
occasionally as it's very difficult to harvest with our
equipment and has a low yield per acre, thus it's more expensive, but for some it's priceless!

OXYGEN BARRIER BAGS:
We package our hybrid and heirloom varieties in oxygen
barrier bags so they stay fresh. At home we pop in an air
popper so nothing interferes with the taste, then add toppings.
Our popcorn is processed in our facility which also may process soybeans.
