PRODUCT DELIVERY
Small sample orders in the continental U.S. are usually shipped via
the Postal Service. We may also ship via FedEx Ground.
Larger
custom orders are shipped via railway, truck or sea containers. Free shipping is
included to the nearest railway head (Milwaukee). See our International Order Page for more information or sales@wisgold.com
Once your order is received
and confirmed, it is USUALLY shipped within 7-10 business days. If we are
harvesting or handling a special project,
these times can vary, we thank you for your patience.
Larger orders
require a longer handling time and are always processed per customer specifications.

Shipping Policies
In
order to keep our costs down and to minimize your shipping expense, we now
have a minimum order of EIGHT Pounds.
All small orders ship in the flat rate Priority Mail boxes which presently
cost $8.10 to ship anywhere in the U.S. We can put
12 pounds in these boxes, (13 pounds if we stuff them just right).
BULK BAGS and CASE
orders still ship by PARCEL POST.
Our product will keep in our oxygen barrier bags, especially if you put
them in a cool, dry place. Give them as gifts, or place an order with a
friend if eight pounds is too much. The
bottom line is, if we fill the priority flat rate box, you maximize your
value.
IF
YOU LIVE IN MINNESOTA, MICHIGAN OR ILLINOIS:
Depending on your
order size, you may be paying up to a dollar more for shipping via the
flat rate box. If you order at least 10 pounds, then the flat rate box is
cheaper, (at this time).

below, choose the "package" option, and enter the weight. (Add a pound for
the weight of the box.) The next screen asks you to choose either "box
dimensions" on the left, or "select package size" on the right.
Choose "package", on the right, then click on "continue". The
price options will show on the next screen. If the links below don't work, go to www.usps.com and go to the
"calculate postage" link at the top, red menu bar.
