Popping The Varieties
Many
air popcorn poppers are designed for larger kernel popcorn. If our varieties tend to
fly out of the air popper you are using before they are popped, tilt the machine to the
side a bit, to hold the smaller kernels down until they are hot enough to pop.
Otherwise, popping on the stove is a fool-proof method. |
