Popping the Varieties

Popping on the stove or in poppers that use oil should pose no problems for our gourmet popcorn. However, many air popcorn poppers are designed for larger kernel popcorn.  If our gourmet varieties tend to fly out of the air popper you are using before they are popped, tilt the machine back a bit, to hold the smaller kernels down until they are hot enough to pop.
