ORDER INFO

    Quantities ordered can vary from 8 pounds to semi-trailer and boxcar train loads.  Once your order is received and confirmed, it is usually shipped within 7-10 business days.   If we are planting, harvesting or handling a special project, there may be a longer delay. We apologize for any inconvenience.  Please indicate on the order form if it is a rush order.   Larger orders require a longer handling time and are always processed per customer specifications.  If you require a rush order, please indicate that on our order form.

To Calculate Approximate Shipping Charges:
Go to the Postal Service Links below, choose the "package" option, and enter the weight.  (Add a pound for the weight of the box.)  The next screen asks you to choose either "box dimensions" on the left, or "select package size" on the right.  Choose "package", on the right, then click on "continue".   The price options will show on the next screen.  If the links below don't work, go to www.usps.com and go to the "calculate postage" link at the top, red menu bar.

Remember to add one pound to include the weight of the box.  Our zip code for shipping smaller orders is 53704.

To our customers:  Please note, we cannot be responsible for any errors that occur due to the Post Office.  If we ship your product and DO NOT GET IT BACK, we cannot resend at our expense.  If you want to have recourse for a package that was shipped by us but not received by you, you may choose to add insurance at a cost of $1.30 to your shipping option.  The Post Office policy is that you wait 30 days from date of shipping before making a claim.

We do not sell our customer names or make them available to other marketers.

Payment info is required before order is processed.

If you are not satisfied with our product, you may return it for a refund.  RETURN SHIPPING IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
