It's mid-summer! The Queen Anne's Lace decorate the sides of the road. (My favorite flower.) We are watching the popcorn grow and cultivating as needed. Some repairs are being made to our packaging equipment, we are also cutting some hay which will be eaten by horses. (Lots of horse lovers in our area!) Coming later we'll introduce our Japanese hull-less white, if it grows well.

We are still out of mushroom flake but we we will offer a semi-mushroom flake for those home popcorn candy makers. Any recipes are appreciated if you'd like to share yours.
